Enjoy a family-friendly outing to Prince of Peace Academy for crazy hair, games, face painting and lunch. Please bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the local food shelf. We are looking forward to seeing you.
We are now registering for Kindergarten through 8th grade for the 2012/2013 school year. Information and registration materials will be available at the Carnival.

Spring Musical - "Parables?" Tues April 24, 7:00 pm
God's truth is revealed to us through funny and silly parables. Join us for a great evening of family entertainment, including a cookie reception after the musical. All are welcome.
AWESOME! An audience of 75 enjoyed the Spring Musical, fellowship and goodies afterward. Thank you all for coming, and special thanks to Jeni and Ted for providing Music and running the sound board, and to Messiah Lutheran Church for use of the sanctuary.

Mission: Prince of
Peace Academy educates the whole child by providing a Christ-centered
environment and strong academic foundation while promoting spiritual,
social, physical, and emotional well being.
Connecting: 17 different pastors and youth ministers
from 12 area churches share chapel with the students, pray for them and
lead them in prayer. We continue reaching out to more congregations with invitations, updates and information.
Growing: The school
needs to grow to thrive. Recruitment is a high priority. We have reached
out to 24 churches and 17 preschools through newsletters, notes and
invitations to school events and open houses. Please consider referring
relatives, neighbors and friends to the Academy.
Serving: We share Christian compassion for the
community through mission appeals during chapel, including shoes for
Africa, Families Moving Forward, ELIC, Lutheran Heritage Foundation, and
more. Students write "Heart Warmer" letters, bag food at Feed My Starving Children, sing to residents of care
facilities, neighbors, and congregations, and help at MOPS events and preschools.
The Academy will take
time to fully develop,
but we believe it is on the right track. Please continue to pray for
Prince of Peace Academy, for
its growth in service to the Lord through His lambs. Spread the word
about Prince of Peace Academy. Encourage one another on this important
alternative to secular public education.
